the name for the non-sheding is called hypoallergenic what it is is that the dogs don't have fur they have semi-human hair but that doesn't mean that they don't shed when they are about 4-7 Mons. they shed little by little so that they can get their full adult hair that's why almost all the hypo. dogs have long hair.
*sorry I got carry away with Ur question*

as for ur question: read about the all the Terrier breeds that were the the hypo. dogs are at (ex: Yorke) and some of the toy breeds (ex: Maltese) and poodles.... and if you find some of the mix breeds (ex: Yorke/papillon) BUT you have to find the ones that have that hypo. breed as the main (which is the puppies look and fell more of the hypo. breed) because they can still shed and that not good for u... <("<)

I have had so many dogs all my life I can't believe it but we always have around 4 at a time! The ones that didn't shed were the Poodles, Lhasa Apso, Shitzu, and others that had long hair and had to be taken to the groomer. Poodles are the best about not shedding though but it means you have to keep their hair combed out all the time or it gets clumps in it and that ruins their haircut.

Well, one I know for sure is Pit Bulls. They are short haired from the Terrier family. Maybe other Terriers don't shed much either?
The worst shedding dogs in my experience are Labs and anything with Husky in it!

We have a miniature Schnauzer and she don't shed, we get her clipped about every 2 months. They have a long life, feel you would like this breed. Excellent house dog.

for large dogs re: shedding - i have a lab, a golden retriever/lab , and a mastiff. The mastiff hardly sheds at all while the other 2 shed quite a bit.
