A good diet, plenty of excercise, and lots of fresh air. Oh, and stop smoking!!

If you smoke, QUIT smoking, there's a support board on the net called "Blairsville", when I had to have surgery I quit and the support board has HELPED many quit smoking. It's a Godsend. I had quit for 2 yrs. Then something stressful happened and unfortunately started up again a few mo. ago.
If your talkin about 2nd hand smoke...get one of those machines that sucks in all the smoke~or better yet, tell everyone they aren't allowed to smoke in your house.
