To stop dandruff, you can but some special shampoo that can stop the flakes.A doctor can perscribe some medicine for you, if drugstore shampoo won't do it. Dandruff is not a very serious case, and it is very easy to stop. Good luck!

The dandruff can be caused by a couple of reasons. I have a skin disorder that can make it very easy for me to get dandruff. I can treat my skin problem with selsum blue shampoo and it seems to fix the hair problem, for me.

u could try dandruff shampoo, but i wouldnt recomend head and shoulders because it makes u lose a lot of hair....if dandruff shampoo doesnt work...then u might be getting dandruff becasue you're scalp is too dry (caused by over washing of hair, the type of shampoo, or not using conditioner)....make sure u condition your hair.

dandruff is actually just dry scalp. Ive been in cosmetology for a year and a half now. First off just use moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, dont let your scalp be exposed to excessive heat, and wash all the shampoo out of your hair.

Use anti-dandruff shampoo. Also there is one home-made treatment for that ---- mix lemon with pasted onion and apply on skull for half an hour and wash it.

mix up a lemon to your hair oil according to size of your hair
apply it to your hair roots
wash it with good dandruff shampoo(head & shoulders or clinic all clear)
you can also use mixture of awla,reetha & shikakai. its really very good . i tried it myself

try this its a herbal remedy: take a few drops of lemmon and mix it 2 tbl spoons of youghurtapply it evenly throughout the scalp. it is a very effective method . apply oil on your hair regularly try using a herbal shampoo like himalayas or nyle.good luck
