If you mean be skinny and get that fat off then eat right and exerize do 40 crunches right now then 30 later then before bed 50. IT WORKS and no sweets just yea and only water or 100% juice

well you're only 13 so you'll be hitting a growth spurt soon and you'll fill out, as long as you stay active you should lose the flab. i would make sure to do sports where you run a lot. You can lift weights if you want but I would take it really easy, don't try to gain a bunch of muscle just yet, just try to get tone, then once you get used to it a bit go to your PE coach and tell him or her you'd like to lift and what results you want. He or she will be able to help you the most from there. Good luck, and stick with it.

eat healthy, exercise, and do it to be healthy, not to "tighten up", oh and bench presses should help tighten your chest up as well as curls
