Well just tell her. Often men don't mind (and even welcome) their wives to be with other women. If she's interested she'll say yes, if not, then she'll let you know. It's not rocket science at all.

It sounds to me as if she has already given you an answer to this question.

Tell her that you would also be interested.

You can't "make" her anything...by being a party to her cheating, you are saying it's okay to cheat and that you would be okay with being cheated on yourself...
Treat others as you'd like to be treated...if you wouldn't want it done to you, don't do it to or with someone else...
