I am moving out of my home to go take care of an ill family member and I have to get rid of my dogs. They are so close and I do not want to seperate them. One is a 6 month old pittbull, one is a year old mix(but he looks like a lab). Would anybody be interested in adopting them? Or does anybody know of a good website or dog farm where they can stay together?

It really depends on where you live. Try posting them on Livedeal.com. That site will allow you the option to add photos to your ad (so people can see how cute they are) and it will also only show your ad to people within a 50 mile radius of you. Good luck!

Please look into a NO KILL shelter with a good reputation. Rehoming a pittie is a hard process because there are alot of horrible people out there that would want one for the wrong reason. It would be best if you could find a shelter, especially one with fostering instead of kennels. That way they are still in a home environment, the fosterer can get to know the dogs and get them into the perfect home, and If you request it, they will make sure they stay together.

Ideally, you should take the dogs with you.

You can put them up on http://www.petfinder.com and hope for success.

With all of the fighting, irresponsible, cruel, people out there, your pitbull will likely wind up in the wrong hands.

Try to talk to a family member or friend about caring for the dogs for you. Or make arrangements to take these dogs to the place you are going.

Do not give them away for free, and make sure to thoroughly screen anyone who comes asking for them.

hmmmm.where do you live...search your local rescues online, they should be able to help you the most! don't do a shelter, do a rescue! my favorite is petjamboree.com in fort wayne, they have connections so they may be able to help where you live!
