Seems to me most people-including myself, have had to deal with female managers who like to be nazi's wether it is pointing you for mistakes they can rebuke-because they do it as well, or there just tends to be tension, because she has a big head and thinks that because she is your boss-she can act like she ownes the world and be a real biitch and enjoy it-even if you have donw nothing wrong, just look down on you-you being a female ....(guys can answer to; maybe she is sexist)-I'm guessing it's trying to prove something-maybe that she has balls? Idk, but what is your opinion?

I have found that while some women can get an attitude when in charge, as a guy I find a woman supervisor easy to work for. You just have to see where they're going and why they are saying it.

Well... females feel as though they have more to prove. They have this image to uphold. Unlike a dude that just has to brush his hair and throw on a shirt, the chick has to fit the part by doing all this stuff. (making her very high maintenance, which is why I am glad I am not in that position)... Managers are like sales people with style. Sooooo you have to deal with all sorts of other ones and you have to make sure that you are on edge and marketing yourself to put yourself in a more highly desired position.. so thats pressure. You would basically be on the clients beck and call. (ahhhhhhhhhhhh) lol,. um.. I donno.. think about all they have to do, that you don't have to. All the paperwork, the people, the media,. ect. I think they need more free time and self time. I couldn't stand being that commited to something.

Because women think that is the way to be equal to men. I have had women bosses too, and they all have PMS from time to time. I would much rather have a male boss. Very few women can handle be a boss in a good way. They think that if they are nice, people will walk all over them. Most women and some men really need lessons in handling people in general.

Even though times have changed, females are still considered second class citizens in the business world. In order to move up in the world they have to be ball busters. I know we have more women in upper management now a days but that is because they have to fight tooth and nail where as a man doesn't have to fight that hard.
She's bitchy and ruthless because she has to be

they are just behaving like male managers. Its just that no one thinks a female should act that way so she is counted a *****. If she acted like a female every one would walk over her including those supposedly working for her because she is a female and doesn't know what she is doing thus she has to bonk them over the head with bitchy to get respect

I doubt that gender has anything to do with it. We all hear the same complaint about male bosses, so go figure. Plain and simple, it's just her personality.
