Your body feeds on (and constantly replenishes) the fat in your body. Without it, your blood sugar levels would dip and spike all the time and you'd need to be eating all day long just to maintain proper energy levels. Body fat helps you survive illness, and of course, times of deprivation. Of course, EXCESS body fat isn't good, but body fat readings of up to 25% for men and about 30% for women are considered acceptable to all but performance athletes. Even athletes generally had body fat readings in the teens.

Do you want to die or something? Men need a minimum of 2%-4% just to stay alive. Don't be so stupid. HTH.
