I have one and I love it. I use it every day. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so doing regular situps and crunches can be hard on my joints. Our 12 year old uses it also to keep up with his karate training regiment. He will use it when he watches TV.

The only thing I wish is that I would have bought the one that folds up easier. This one you have to pretty much take apart to fold away. However, I have an excercise room so it isn't too bad.

It uses more of your abdominals than regular crunches. I feel that it isolates the muscle more than doing double crunches (lifting and lowering legs and head). It's good if you get back pain while doing regular crunches. It is easier than a regular crunch, but you start to feel the burn faster. If you're looking for results, you need to do it for 10 minutes a day and do other exercises too, like cardio and circuit training.

yes but it is not effective at removing belly fat unless you do cardio. it's a great tool though if you are already where you want to be fat-wise and would just like to tone muscle.
