it might sound crazy but trust me. water retention is caused by too much salt and not enough water. so drink alot of water and eat less salt and walk for 15 minutes. trust me.

Drink more water. The reason why people retain water is because of salt, but also because they do not consume enough water. The body realizes that it does not get enough fluid regularly and holds on to extra water. Once your body recognizes that it is getting enough water on a regular basis, it won't retain as much.

Eating too much salt can make you retent more water, try eating everything with less salt. That should help.

drink plenty of water. your body is storing the water it has because you arent giving it enough. so drink lots of water! and exercise
