Eating slow is definitely the best way to eat. Chew your food extremely thoroughly! the slower you eat, the less you will eat. it takes your body 20 minutes to realize that its full..so if you are shoveling food in, you will eat way too much and feel like crap! but if you go slower, you will realize that you are full and do not need to eat the rest of the food thats on your plate...

the slower you eat the faster you get full which helps when dieting. the faster, you get hiccups and you dont realize how much food you are putting in your mouth.
