Sounds like your kitten is having a lot of fun.
In the bathroom put some toys there that she can choose other than the toilet paper. If she ignores them, try coating them with catnip if she likes catnip. Catnip will usually get their attention and they will play with the toy or area that's coated in the scent.

Turn the toilet paper roll around in the dispenser so that when her paws push it down it wont unroll. It will only unroll when pushed upward then and will come out from the back of the roll, not the front. When it does not do what she wants it to do, it will become boring for her. Give her a large collection of toys, catnip, and a scratching post elsewhere to amuse her in less annoying ways. :)

Turn the roll around so the feed is from the bottom and smooth the end flat on the roll. Otherwise, take the roll off the hanging spool. Your kitty is bored and needs some toys. Try a box or give your cat the empty spool to play with. Cat toys don't have to be expensive to to be good toys to play with.
And after all, YOU invited kitty to live with YOU; not the other way around. Maybe kitty needs a playmate if she is left on her own for long periods of time.

first buy a big scrunchy (hair tie for a ponytail) put the scrunchy around the toilet paper roll. then buy yourself a tattletale and put it in the bathroom door. a tattletale is a motion sensor that will make a really loud noise when she comes into the area you dont want her in. after a few days she will not even want to go into that room.. if her litter box is in the bathroom then put it only where it will go off if she gets to close to the toilet paper. I agree with making sure she has lots of toys as well though as you don't want to starve her of her kittenhood!!! the tattletale can be found at petsmart, pet co and ebay just to name a few and once you have tought her its not appropriate to do that if you need to use it to teach her other areas not to go into you can. I used mine for all 4 of my cats to teach them not to get on my kitchen counters when i wasn't home and it is as humane as they come

This too shall pass. No training. Just lessen the opportunity by closing bathroom door. Also, get kitten a scratching post.

you could try to either have a little piece of tape to hold the first sheet down, that way, when she tries to unroll it, it just turns. She'll get bored. You could also use the handy dandy spraybottle, and everytime you catch her, squirt her.

Cats can't be trained that kind of stuff very well - I suggest this easier solution: http://www.perfectlysafe.com/toilpapcov.html
