Well, it already kind of has. We do tend to leak into each other though.

It's a little impractical. I mean, it wouldn't be enough for Muslims to get their own parcel of land; they pretty much have that now, but Sunnis, Shi'ites, and Kurds have been fighting eachother for centuries anyway. Same with Catholics and Protestants, though both are Christian. And there's plenty of division among Protestant factions in America, like between conservative Evangelicals and the more liberal Establishment denominations.
Plus, how would you draw up the boundaries? Everybody wants Jerusalem, there's just no way around it. Not only do they want it, they all insist that God gave it to them, personally, and it would be sacreligious for anyone else to get it. And then there's the fact that not all parts of the earth are eqaully inhabitable or economically valuable. Who gets the oil fields of Saudi Arabia, who gets Silicon Valley, and who gets the Gobi Desert? And once you draw the boundaries, how do you make the people stick to them? If your religion got stuck in Siberia, wouldn't you make it a holy jihad to push into the central Asian steppes in search of some useful land?

But other than that, I think it's a great idea.

Religions should not be segregated...perhaps if they were integrated more people would see the common ground- messages of peace, love, kindness, and respect of nature that every religion has as a foundation -and we could all just get along... isn't that the way to end hate?

The world should not segregate itself in any way. Humanity is the only religion that God ever intended.

Absolutely not! Separation is one of the conditions that are harmful to this world, its people and the spiritual evolution of this planet as a whole. If the world segregates itself by anything, then we are doomed. If you are hoping this world will end, then go ahead and keep on the separation bandwagon...and you will get your wish.

I don't believe that is a good idea. We all need to get past the "us OR them" mentality.

We are human beings. As different as we may be we still very much the same. We need to start realizing this and not feeding the fear. If we sit in judgement of another, then we assume we are better. We are not better. We are only different.

No..the Jews might end up in Madagascar and Hitler's plan would of came true!!

In reality, basically it is like that already it. We just have small percentages of people who don't believe in that religion in the countries. But to get rid of all of them we would have a lot more religious wars.

How will that help? at some point one group or another will just get all righteous and feel the need to show the other how to live. we'd be back to square one, and if you doubt that just take a look at some of the answers north of me

Well, we used to segregate ourselves by race... was that right?? If you're different from another person does that mean you should stay away?? That seems kinda immature to me. We need diversity to learn from one another and grow our character by learning how to deal with opposition.

No, it would only lead to more war. People would fight about who gets what land, who rules the land and so on. Just look at what happened to Isreal. That little country has been fought over for thousands of years.

No. I think it's better to keep the religious beliefs integrated. History indicates that some of the worst wars ever fought were religious wars. Whether it was over land or simply one religion feeling superior over ther other -- over time, thousands and thousands of people have died based on their religious beliefs.
