Fruit snacks rarely have much natural fruit juice, if any, and are loaded with sugars. Artificial flavorings abound. Fruit juices are okay for you, although eating the real fruit is ALWAYS better for you.

Real fruit juice and real fruit is extremely healthy and part of a healthy diet. However, only 2 or 3 servings per day is needed, and a serving of fruit juice is technically pretty small. Avoid the "fruit snacks" and "fruit drinks' they are just like eating candy and drinking soda. Too much sugar and little nutrition.

If they are 100% fruit they are not, but most have added sugars and preservatives which are bad for you so if you want to eat some that are good for you just look at the ingredients or get dried organic fruit somewhere like Whole Foods or Trader Joes.
