Depends on the kind of job. We really need more information in order to give you a good answer. Will you be an assistant, stock broker, investment banker, HR person, and so on and so forth?
Without more information each of these answers is useless. You may want to check out vault.com to take a look at some employee surveys and the message board. The bad news is that there is a charge for looking at most of the good info.
