Not sure, but I have heard of an experiment where microwaved water was used to grow plants and they were abnormal in growth than non-microwaved water. PErhaps you should look it up on the net.

Then again teflons been used by people for decades and just recently depont and teflon admitted the substance used in non-stick pans were toxic, so we may not be suprised about the effects of microwaved foods.

not at all. however I find that reheating proteins in the microwave isn't optimum. I always heat up any left over meats, poultry or fish in the oven so it doesn't get rubbery...
