the best for him would be the one with raging fires!! we have a great 999 system here in the uk wouldn't be long before the fire brigade would be on the case.
but due to him being a murderer the best and safest for the rest of us would be the hungrary lions - there smell wouldnt fail them,,(the guns could miss)
