That does not involve steroid creams? I have a major flare-up on my arms but do not want to use steroids and creams since I am nursing..any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have some suggestion:1-decrease ANXIETY.2-less washing 3-avoid dust ,wool ,detergent,...4-use ELIDEI(non St ointment)5-use Cetirizine,and Doxipen

don't use soap to wash with as this will make it worse wash with an emollient cream instead here in the UK we use aqueous and it works really well

use plenty of moisturizer and avoid anything that dries you skin out you can also try using bath oils with added moisturizer and when you dry yourself try to pat these areas instead of rubbing them

ask your ob/gyn mine prescribed something for me when I was pregnant. I dont' remember what it was. It was 7 years ago. but he/she should be able to prescribe something for you that is safe. good luck!
