I started running 6 months ago and went from running 15 min. to 1 hour just now, I wasn't even tired.

I yous to run for 1our and 30 min but I stooped now i cant even walk for 4 min

ya thats what happens when you get in shape and you need to run about 1 hr everytime now then in about another month youll be able to run for who knows how long

i always run i run all day from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm every day

yaha - ur fit :) I used to do that every day - it's a fantastic way of releaving stress and you'd be amazed but also a really working substitute for self-harm, keeps you SO fit. and slim too :)
