where can i find the wires and what type do i need, is it just wires that i need or do i need to buy something else??

Go to your local radio Shack or electronics place. Ask for speaker wire. The type of connector on the other end of the wires will be determined by what device the audio is coming from.
You will probably need amplification of some sort. The output level should be appropriate and the output should match the speaker in power and impedance.

you cant, there is not enough power in a headphone jack, you need powered speakers, what you need is a amp
