Don't try and be anything, just be yourself. Don't think there's a right or a wrong way to be. Let people like you for who you are and don't try too hard. You don't necessarily need to try to come across as confident in front of people. Confidence comes in many different forms.

You need to BE confident first. You can't fake it. Know who you are, that you're a great person no matter what others think. Understand that you've got a great personality and that those who you talk to can see that you're a great guy. Once you've found out that you can like yourself for who you are, you'll be far more attractive to others!

how do you come across as confident to the opposite sex is the correct way to question it. get battered but not too battered that you look a ****.

I think it just shows by the way you talk, dress, speak, etc. Just don't be negative when you talk, don't be whiney, etc. Dress well, walk with your head high, always look people in the eye when you're speaking with them, etc. Good luck.

have good body language. talk about yourself but ask her questions too, you dont want to come off as cocky or insecure.

just be who you are, the second you are false, it will stick out, be happy and enjoy, people should take you for who you are !!!! You can't be someone your not!!

get comfortable in your own shoes, if you wear something you think you look good in or YOU like your hair, look, etc, you'll have it
