I am a not so rich 18 year old and don't think I can afford a membership to any gym or anything and would be kinda nervous to go to one. i'm a stick for pete's sake! So anyway is there any cheap weight training techniques or any gyms anyone knows of? Again i'm poor.

Dude... I've been there. Tuna/Chicken are affordable, but you will need to eat a lot to bulk up until you can buy Whey Protein and glutamine. Look for Rec Centers to save cash or use a fitness center in an apartment community.

well try 2 do push-ups n pull-ups as much as u can do, do stomach exercises 4 ABS by lying down n touching ur feets with ur fingers without bending your knees(keeping them straight) n in diet drink full cream milk not condensed with 1 egg 2 start off with n thn too 3 eggs at max., n keep black chicked peas soaked overnight n eat next day when they have sprouts. it is the cheapest of all to have a complete build up body. try it it will work out 4 u. for any other assistance get bck 2 me

Work those muscles to build them. Do a search online for toning exercises for the parts you want to tone. If you have access to any weights, that's what it takes to bulk up...weight training...
