I am 13 yrs old and i like a guy that is 15 yrs and 10 months old. He does not care about the age difference ,and i do not care either. So does the age difference matter?

Well, your age difference isn't that much, but your maturity levels are probably very different. This might strain things a bit, and then maybe not. Try it for a while. If it's not working out, then you'll know and then you need to move on. Keep in mind that you are both VERY young.

it's not that big of a difference at that age, it makes a difference when one of you is of legal age and the other isn't... so who cares!! don't worry, have fun... p.s. boys are 2-3 years less mature then girls anyway, so it's like you are equal in age mentality wise.

It does matter to the law and your parents. If your parents do not like him they could file charges on him and he could go to jail...I say talk with your parents and then go from there. Also just so you know it is NOT cool to date someone your parents do not like, so trust their judgment.
