im 13 and want to firm up i have alot of body fat i weight 100 pounds and im 5 ft2 or 1 not sure but how can i eny ideas thanks alot :)

You're thirteen, you don't need to firm up. Chances are that you haven't hit puberty yet so don't worry about it. You're really young with probably a sky high metabolism rate so I would say get involved in any kind of sport and don't worry about it. When you get older you'll have plenty of time to worry about that, you're still just a kid.

Hay, Im 12 weeks 1 day! and i can feel my uterus but only between my pelvic bone! im to very bloated and even though i look like i have a bump i think its just bloating!! I really wouldn't suggest trying to hear a heart beat at this stage! only from what happened to me on friday! i went to see the midwife for normal appointment and she put the doppler on my stomach, when she couldn't find a heartbeat i went into a panic! as you prob would! but the midwife didn't tell me this was normal for before 13 weeks as its very rare that you do hear anything at that early stage, some do but its not very common! she then went on to panic me further by booking me into the early pregnancy clinic, but i didn't get in till the monday, where i was told that everything was fine and she shouldn't have worried me!! really what im trying to say is that don't pin your hopes on hearing anything at this stage, i don't want you to worry if she doesn't pick anything up, i would hate to think of someone worrying like i did for no reason! if you have had a scan and everything was fine then try and relax a little, easier said then done i know but you are going to be fine im sure. congratulations and good luck! xxx

You asked this already, and the answer is the same...do toning exercises for the body parts that you want to firm...but you can't do it in 2 wks. Typically it will take 6 to 8 wks to see a significant result.

You can look up those exercises online (try searching for ab exercises or leg exercises, etc) and you'll find websites with pictures and descriptions of things you can do...or buy videos/DVDs of toning workouts that you can follow at home.

stop eating twinkies and hoho's...when i was in wrestling we used to cut weight by running stairs with black plastic bags around our bodies....i hear its illegal now...kinda unsafe also.

oh then make sure you eat healthy food, spinach leaf salads, lots of fruit ( helps with the inner system). Run daily, crunches daily, pushups daily. Then run again....

you young so the weight should fall easily due to faster motabilism

Make sure most of all you dont eat late at night. if you do make it an apple.

Running is free and the endorphins are great...

You MUST be joking, right? You are already WAY too thin.

You need to GAIN weight.

You should weigh between 118-132 pounds.

walk up and down the stairs it burns alot of calories and do lots of crunches or sit ups
