I enjoy Sharp Cheddar along with pepperoni for a New Year's Day snack before midnight strikes. In a general sense, I do enjoy the Pepper Jack cheese, which has a nice spicy sensation.

I dig Manchego with honey & walnuts

Hmmm...well i like colby Jack, monaray jake, pepper jack...basically all the jacks...But cheese curds from Wisconsin are awesome!!
