rofl ok, my dense yahoo answers participants. The question was not serious. I was mocking the idiots who DO get on here and ask questions that should be asked in the ER. Whose eye actually falls out? Seriously.

If the object which fell out of his optical socket was his actual eyeball, then you better get him AND his eye to a doctor soon.
If the object was a glass or plastic 'replacement' eye, then follow the manufacturer's directions for popping it back in.
If you mean to say that his eye has a muscle spasm or some nervous twitch, then this should also be looked at by a doctor, but it's not as much an emergency as having an actual eyeball fall out.

I dunno they didn't teach that when I was in medical school but I am sure if you take him to the emergency room they can help you out.
