My son is 8 and my baby girl is 5 and they have been going to bed @ 8:00 every night except on fridays and saturdays. I allow them to stay up untill 9 or 9:30 and by that time they are passed out anyway so you are the one that wins! Good luck

you should try and get your 7 year old into bed on school nights by 8pm and on the weekend a little later. try 8:45-9:30. Depending on if you are watching a movie or something.

Kids need more sleep than adults do, and they usually need to be awake pretty early for school. You would probably do best to have a 7 year old in bed around 8pm. Staying up later should only be done occasionally on weekends

I would say about 8 to 8.30 as the child needs plenty of sleep for school depending on what time the child goes to bed bring this down gradually till you reach the target time you will also notice a big improvement in behavior when the child is getting the right amount of rest......Good luck

Between 7:45 and 8:45. Not earlier, not later.

7 to 8 pm on a school night. 8:30ish on a weekend. Kids on average need 10-12 hours of uninterupted sleep a night for their growing bodies.

I say 9:00 or 9:30 at the latest. I know some people who let their children fall a sleep on their own, which is anytime, ridiculous!
