If he had no intentions on purpose or it was an accident I don't really see any harm. In the hall people will always run into you so it doesn't matter inless he like grabbed her boobs on purpose!

If someone was going to complain they would have done it by now, but Frederico has to learn some manners. There was no reason to lay a finger on the person in his way. What ever happened to excuse me? Pardon me, may I get past? Grabbing people of any gender and shoving them out of the way is not acceptable. Unless Frederico is 5 he should have learned that by now.

If this happened a few months back & he hasn't had anyone say anything to him about, he is probably okay & no one reported him. He could, if he wants find the lady & say he has been concerned & never meant no harm, just that he was in a hurry. Apologize to her & then let it go.

Definitely not. It wasn't intentional and he wasn't trying to feel the girl up or anything, he just needed to get somewhere and wasn't paying attention. If the girl knew him, she would know that he's a thoughtful guy and would never do anything like that on purpose. If you know her, you could try mentioning it briefly to see if she remembers and if she does, you could tell her the circumstances on your friend's behalf. If she doesn't, let it go. Hope that helps!

ok, one, it's been months and nothing has happened, two, could anyone really remember, besides him, and prove that it happened? doubtful. three, he didn't do it with any kind of sexual intent. basically, he should forget about it and, in the future, don't be pushing people out of his way. it's not sexual harassment but it IS rude.

Absolutely not, there is not grounds for the girl to charge him with sexual harassment, and if it's been months I don't think she even remembers the incident. Just tell Federico to slow down next time he's going to class.

This is definitely not sexual harrassment. It was not an intentional plot to touch her breasts.

If there were no charges laid, Then the matter is forgotten. He is harassing himself thinking about it. He should never physically touch anyone without permission. That is considered assault. Tell him to think before he acts.

if it happened a month ago the person might not have told on him so he doesn't need to stress but it doesn't sound like harrasment
