In 90 years 30% of Britain will be under water, so it will not need to annex more territory but the people there will need to move to Turkey or Germany.

Probably wont ever happen.
There is plenty of room, Esp in the north. Everyone is currently moving from the north to the south , At some point it will need to be repopulated.
This will happen over time due to overcrowding.
Dont forget entire towns up north are bascially barren with entire estates closed.
I dont personally think it will be anything we as a country will need to worrie about.

We've got Australia and Canada. All we have to do is start paying people £10 - £20,000 to go and live there. I know it should be more but we cant afford any more at the moment.

Have you seen how underpopulated a lot of the UK is, I think just fill up scotland first. You could comfortably get all of europe into the UK and then we could make france a big farm, Holland could be our dustbin and sewers, Germany one big powerplant.

Just send the people coming in back to their homeland. They wouldn't like it if we came & decided to stay in their country, so why should we have to put up with them living in ours???
