how tall are you? because 100 pounds IS NOT a lot.

Darling you are only 13!! 100 pounds is a perfect weight...I wouldn't want to go much lighter!!! I will encourage you with this thtough....when I was thirteen, I a little extra pudge...but in the next year or so I grew height wise and ended up weighing the same amount, but looking so much thinner because I had grown taller. You just have to be patient...and remember 100 pounds is not heave AT ALL!!!! It is very normal, if not even slimmer than normal. Also, maybe you should think about waiting to get your belly button pierced...my personal opinion is that it isn't very attractive on younger girls...it just makes them look like girls who want to be oldler than thtey arer, and ends up sending out the wrong signals and messages to others about the kind of person you are

Well you can't lose weight that fast unless you starve yourself and in that case you can endager yourself.... but what i would do is cut down on the food, do pilates, yoga and all that, eat more healthy such as fruits, and vegetables.... none of that McDonalds, and all that stuff because all that is is grease and stuff wich is bad for your body.... and legs..... i don't no i guess walking.... ohh and eat stuff like oatmeal and that i no it might taste bad and whatever but it helps.... and i guess that is all i can say...
Ohhh but i just read u r only 13 no forget that sorry.... its ok just wait a bit you will grow but if you don't want to gain weight do that other stuff and ur belly button hmm.... thats up to you

Stop worrying about it, you're only 13. Just try to add a little more good stuf into your diet and get out some of the junk; make sure you keep your body moving and just have fun. Life is to short to worry about your weight all the time, especially when you're still young.

Your body at 13 is at a delicate point to be reducing your weight in 2 weeks. I would consult a dr or your parents before crash dieting. There are some dangerous results.

stop eating all junk all junk, and go and eat fresh fruits and veggie
no pop , no soda at all, not fruit juices either, and only fresh cold water ( cold water burns more fat, because it makes you metabolism work hard to warm it up) and start walking NOW, seeing that your young make it at least a half to one mile a day if not more, ride your bike until you get a perspiration and are breathing heavy ( do not pass out ) drink lots of water and split up your meals into four, and eat a little less

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

100 lbs is a great figure for a 13 year oldl. Just runa few miles do a few situps and toss out all the junkfood

The only way to get rid of the excess is to exercise. You need to tighten your abdominal muscles to help that and I am afraid 2 weeks is not long enough to accomplish that. As for toning your legs that to requires exercise.

your 13, u shouldnt care about how u look.
but if u really need help i would say dont drink pop and work out for 30 mins 4 times a week it will really help you loose it. or u can dance, dance is a very good excersise and a good woorkout,

i had the same problem and then i found the answer.. a slimming suit.. from a distance it make you look toned and skinny... use this but cut a hole in the middle so your new piercing can hang out for all to see... apart from this option, maybe less mcdonalds and sleepovers and hit the park for some good old fashioned excercise..
