How can I get comformation on a flight my fiance and I took in the month of March 2006?

You want confirmation that YOU took the flight? Doubt that'll happen. All they'll be able to provide, if anything, is that you did arrive and board the flight, or at least someone that looks like you using your ID got on the plane, but it'll probably takes a court subpoena to get it.
