True Christianity is unique in that it has no provision for its adherents to engage in warfare. Those ostensible "Christians" who do so ignore the Scriptures and the teachings and example of Jesus Christ himself.
(Matthew 26:52) Jesus said to him: “Return your sword to its place, for all those who take the sword will perish by the sword
(Isaiah 2:4) They will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.
(2 Corinthians 10:3-4) We do not wage warfare according to what we are in the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly
(Luke 6:27-29) I [Jesus] say to you who are listening, Continue to love your enemies, to do good to those hating you, to bless those cursing you, to pray for those who are insulting you. To him that strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also
A baptized Jehovah's Witnesses who joins the military is considered to have disassociated himself from the religion. He is "no longer one of Jehovah's Witnesses" and is treated according to the biblical pattern:
(1 Corinthians 5:11-13) Quit mixing in company with anyone called a brother that is a fornicator or a greedy person or an idolater or a reviler or a drunkard or an extortioner, not even eating with such a man. ...Remove the wicked man from among yourselves.
(Titus 3:10) As for a man that promotes a sect, reject him after a first and a second admonition
(Romans 16:17) Now I exhort you, brothers, to keep your eye on those who cause divisions and occasions for stumbling contrary to the teaching that you have learned, and avoid them.
(2 Thessalonians 3:6) Now we are giving you orders, brothers, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, to withdraw from every brother walking disorderly and not according to the tradition you received from us.
(2 Thessalonians 3:14) But if anyone is not obedient to our word through this letter, keep this one marked, stop associating with him, that he may become ashamed.
(2 John 10) If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, never receive him into your homes or say a greeting to him.
(Matthew 18:17) If he does not listen to them, speak to the congregation. If he does not listen even to the congregation, let him be to you just as a man of the nations
Becoming baptized as a Jehovah's Witnesses is not a trivial step. At a minimum, a student must demonstrate months of regular meeting attendance and public ministry, then must himself express the desire to be baptized. The candidate then spends hours answering hundreds of bible questions wherein he expresses both a clear understanding and personal conviction regarding Jehovah's Witness teachings in at least three separate interviews with three different elders. The candidate must vocally agree to be baptized in front of hundreds or thousands of eyewitnesses, and must be publicly immersed in water. This is not a momentary emotional decision by an unreasoning child. Dedication as a Witness required hard work and determination at the time.

No, Jehovah's Witnesses do not participate in wars or get involved in political issues no matter what country they live in. Christians are told to "learn war no more" and to "love their neighbor" and to "love their enemy".
They have a worldwide brotherhood and would not kill one of their brothers or sisters from another country. Jehovah's Witnesses were the only religion as a whole to stand up against Hitler. To refuse to join his army or serve in any other military activity.
If everyone felt the same as Jehovah's Witnesses, there would be no wars.

Yes, as anyone can claim to be anything and be in the military. But, you cannot be both an active publisher and in the military. The two kind of conflict. Unlike other churches, witnesses don't just claim anyone who attends, or even has been baptized, as an active member.

No. Absolutely not! What scriptures have always had a bearing on the attitude of true Christians toward participation in carnal warfare?
Matthew 26:52: “Jesus said to him: "Return your sword to its place, for all those who take the sword will perish by the sword.’ ” (Could there have been any higher cause for which to fight than to safeguard the Son of God? Yet, Jesus here indicated that those disciples were not to resort to weapons of physical warfare.)
Isaiah 2:2-4: “It must occur in the final part of the days that the mountain of the house of Jehovah will become firmly established above the top of the mountains . . . And he will certainly render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. And they will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.” (Individuals out of all nations must personally decide what course they will pursue. Those who have heeded Jehovah’s judgment give evidence that he is their God.)
2 Cor. 10:3, 4: “Though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage warfare according to what we are in the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but powerful by God for overturning strongly entrenched things.” (Paul here states that he never resorted to fleshly weapons, such as trickery, high-sounding language, or carnal weapons, to protect the congregation against false teachings.)
Matthew 5:44: "However, I say to you: Continue to love your enemies and to pray for those persecuting you." Also the counsel recorded by the apostle Paul: “Let us work what is good toward all, but especially toward those related to us in the faith.” (Gal. 6:10.) Jehovah's Witnesses have been convinced that the greatest good that they can do for their neighbors is to share with them the good news of God’s Kingdom, which will lastingly solve the problems facing mankind and which opens up to those who embrace it the marvelous prospect of eternal life.
A Bible psalm says: “Come, you people, behold the activities of Jehovah, how he has set astonishing events on the earth. He is making wars to cease to the extremity of the earth.”—Psalm 46:8, 9. People from many nations who have become Jehovah’s Witnesses already refrain from ‘learning war.’

No, because Jesus was a pacifist, and they actually believe what Jesus taught rather than what Christian Churches teach. Matthew 5:39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.Matthew 5:40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.

No, Rev. chapter 19 tells us that Jesus is going to destroy all the armies of the earth.
From the small to the great.
Christians are Ambassadors of Christ, to all nations.
Could you see an ambassador of one country fighting for a different country? What would they be called?

I don't think so.
I'm not in favor of war either, but in Luke 3 Jesus told soldiers to be satisfied with their pay and carry out their duties - he didn't tell them to quit the army.

No. As a couple of the previous answerers noted, JW's interpretation of the bible prohibits it.
Apparently, the fact that 'god's people' fought in wars in bible times escapes their notice.
