I was watching the 'diet doctor' on Fit TV last night (not sure of her name) and she was telling another lady about portion control - which I'm totally aware of for meats, starches, etc. But for fruit? I was under the impression that when it comes to vegetables AND fruits, more is always better. I realize fruit has sugars, but I don't see why you would pick a small apple over a large apple. Anyone have an answer?
