It seems like everywhere we went to book a chapel and reception was full. We ended up at Caesars Palace and are very happy with that, however are now having a hard time finding a place for the rehearsal dinner. Also, where should I try and look to get my hair done? Caesar's is really expensive for that, and I'd like to have my whole bridal party done at the same place. Since we have such a popular date, it's really difficult to find availability.

It is a popular date, especially in Las Vegas, being lucky number 7's and all :)
I used to live there, and as for rehearsal dinner, check out the Venetian, The Palms (great Mexican food place that is in-expensive) or Aladdin. When we were thinking of getting married in Vegas, I remember those three places topped our list for rehearsal dinners.
As for getting your hair done, you will have to leave the casino to get any cheaper. Have you looked around at various websites featuring stylists who come to your hotel rooms and do the hair? There are PLENTY in Vegas, so that shouldn't be a problem. Just search for Las Vegas Wedding Hairdo or something along those lines.
I would book ASAP, I am sure that date is filling up super fast, as you specified.

I've been married twice before, so I don't care if I don't marry again, but I won't say that I "won't" marry again...it's not a priority at all, but I would love to have someone to share my Life with... I've been single for a long time now (the better part of the past 11 yrs) so I'm comfortable with it just being me, if that's how the rest of my life goes...I have friends and family and interests, so it's never boring (but sometimes it gets lonely)...
