Since it dies with the body, likely not. The Spirit of life is shared with all life, with neither being greater. What a person is, is either recorded in the book of life or not. It is downloaded in a new body, just as it was with Jesus, after his body was destroyed to fulfill the covenant of the sacrificial lamb. Whether it is into a human body or spirit body depends on which resurrection they participate in.
