I have the basics...deviled eggs, nuts, lunch meat. I need some new stuff! I tend to cheat because I don't have stuff to grab on the go.

Atkin's died of heart attack. His diet is really unhealthy. Throw away all the ideas from those money grabbing people.

Go for a diet that is healthy and actually works in the long term rather than quick solution that will have weight come back worse and more important is bad for you.

www.gidiet.com works and so does weight watchers. The former is recommended by several well know heart doctors. It makes you less hungry by reducing insulin your body produces but keeps you eating healthy.

Deviled eggs etc in access are bad for you.

Good luck even though, you likely ignore my advice and continue to punish your body.
