to work with out undies, hell no! Short skirts are cute, as long as they dont expose too much of your thighs. Keep it an inch above the kness. With this time of year a short skirt looks really cute with a pair of knee high boots and some knockout accessories, especially in neutral colors. The guys love the boots.
