There is no quick way to do anything . The best thing you can do is lower your caloric intake to burn more fat. No metter how much you work out your abs you will never seem if you are above 14% body fat for man and about 9% for women .

If you want them fast you're going to have to work hard for it. Start doing up to 300 sit ups a day and ab crunches. And hundreds of deep knee bends while sitting down and lifting up your legs to your stomach. You have to spend at least four hours a day, six days a week, working on your abs. Just remember, nevertheless, not everyone has the same genetic makeup. For some abs developed a lot easier because of of that person's body structure.

You can do a million crunches every day, but you won't see your six-pack until the outer layer of fat is gone. Cardio is the best way to lose fat. Try trimming your calories 500/day and jumping on the treadmill, elliptical, or bike each day to help burn extra calories and "whittle your middle". Doing crunches (with correct form) and planks will help strengthen and build those muscles so they'll look great once you lose that layer of fat.
Good luck!

go to the store and buy one........oh wrong six pack
There are many different ways but all of them require diet and exercise. It is important to find exercises that will work all the stomach muscles. If you have a local YMCA, they usually have trainers that can help you plan a workout program that focuses on the areas you want to improve on.

Ab training does not burn fat off your stomach, so first you have to decrease you body fat percentage.
I suggest you get your self down to a gym which when you join gives you a plan, you can then suggest you would like to improve your abdominal area.
If that option seems too expensive start up boxing. It'll be more entertaining than hours on a multi-gym.

Diet and exercise.... you need to burn the fat that is on your stomach, if there is any.... them do ab work outs. Crunches have been proven to do the most for your abs..... there are other variation on crunches, so search on the net, you can also buy workout dvds as well. I reccomend running, the eliptical machine or bike for cardio workout.
