Seriously, though, why join the army of a country unless you also want to be a citizen. Learning Hebrew would seem to be pretty essential as well.

And you need to really check out the issues on both sides before thinking of picking up a gun and maybe killing someone. This is not a game, and there are rights and wrongs on both sides.

Why not try to volunteer from something a little more in tune with your obvious writing skills - something on the order of a sandbag, maybe?

You DONT have to be jewish and you DONT need to speak hebrew they have special units for people who dont know how to speak hebrew
