do male with breast had the form of breast every since they were born? or what, did they get them when they were a teen?

Most of the time guys are born with gyno, it just doesn't show until the teen years because of the high test levels. Some guys are born without it and their test levels are so high they have gyno during their teen years, then their chest is back to normal. it doesn't help when your body fat level is high to. This will give an apperance of gyno. Best thing to do for a guy that has gyno is to hit the upper pecs har. make your upper chest look huge and your lower pecs will look normal. As long as they have some definition to them.

baby boy is born with chest then he gets breasts like at age 13 but they aret too squishy they just have a shape like made from a muscly tissue so you still can't call them breasts you just say chest.
