take it 2 hours before the workout then take it right super quick after work out. never talke it duuring cuz you can ralph it up due to high energy.

Tastes much better whe mixed with milk. When mixing it, use a spoon - not a shaker. If you try to do it in a shaker you will get loads of chunks and it will taste gross. Also add about 2 more oz. of milk/water than it says to. I would take it before bed or right after waking up, because it is slow digesting. Take whey before/after workouts.

Disregard what 'alvaro' said; the product already contains lactose to begin with.

It's best to take it immediately after you workout. If you are lactose intolerant take it with water. If you are not lactose intolerant try taking it with milk. If you get diarrhea after taking it with milk then just take it with water.

yes before and after its said that what you put into your body the first 20 minutes after a workout such as creatine and protien is what is absorbed most by muscles.
