Everyone here will offer suggestions and advice as to what can ruin a relationship and they're all going to be valid. Only you and your BF know what is making your relationship work and you should also know that all relationships change as the individuals do too. There are always things that need to be maintained at all stages of a relationship, no matter the capacity, such as: communication, honesty, trust. Continue to establish these and maintain them and believe me, your relationship will strive. As for things to avoid, that all depends on the nature and character of the individuals involved, some people tend to be needy or clingy, sometimes jealousy can be detrimental in the demise of a relationship; this stems from insecurities. Be open with your significant other and talk. When you feel or notice something that needs to be addressed, be confident and opinionated. Good luck.

Jealousy and lack of trust are surefire ways to ruin a relationship. Just make sure you don't have a "I'll do anything" attitude. If something makes you upset or uncomfortable then you should not stick around just to keep him. Always keep the lines of communication open and you should have no problem.

Things that ruin relationships are numerous. Let's start with communication. You must have clear and respectful communication to develop a successful relationship. Next we can touch on insecurities. Make sure that any insecurities you and your boyfriend have are worked on together to overcome. Next would be growth. Make sure both of you do things for yourselves to grow as people and then share those experiences with each other. Next would be needs. Be very clear on what each others needs and wants are and do your best to fulfill them.

That would be a start and a suggestion would be to spend time together reading about ways to improve your relationship, yourselves, and each other.

Things that ruin relationships: Dishonesty, miscommunication, cheating and distrust. Things like that. Keep communication lines open. Always be honest (with the exception of little white lies like surprises). Do't cheat if you feel you want to, it's time to end things. Be trustworthy and be sure you can trust him. If you can't ask yourself why not. Is it because you can't trust or is it something he did? Good luck and good on you for asking these questions now.

Do not act like a Drama Queen. Never make a man chose between your family or his. Just be a member of both. Do things he likes to do and he will in return do stuff you like to do. Just do not force things on him. Do not pressure him to take any next step in a relationship. If you do you will just irritate him and push him away. It will come naturally that way and feel right. This is besides the obvious be loyal and do not cheat.

It isn't any one thing. Try to be honest with each other, keep good hygiene etc. The thing is that what might ruin it for some persons will be just fine for others; or being the humans we are, what is fine today might not be so ok tomorrow. Play it by ear.

Besides your anger issues you need to stop regretting so much, how are you supposed to develop from these past relationships by dwelling in the past? I honestly believe that despite your problems if you found the ONE the right girl for you, it would be so much easier to change and you wouldnt let your anger take over because you know it would end in losing that person. Were you even actually TRUELY in love with these past women? I have issues and so does everyone else, but let me tell you, if I found that man that was made for me, I would change with out him even having to ask. Stop focusing on your problems and focus on the good things about you, the next time you get with a woman if she is right for you, she will acknowledge to herself that niether she nor you are perfect and not just leave you cause of your issues.

Things that ruin relationships:
1) bad communication
2) no trust
3) no respect
4) not understanding
5) not enough quality time together

Talk to him more and avoid any conflicts. If you sense there is an argument coming up, cool down, kiss him on the cheek, lean on his chest, and tell him that you love him.
