Well sweetie, in some parts of the world, people use "Mum" such as England.

Depends on where you live I am in the States so I say mom but some counties such as England say mum.

i think more people from america use mom for mum in the uk
i wrote mum in a question on time and some one said that i can't spell mom right lol

mum is the word used in England and Ireland. So when you see the word mum the writer is either British or Irish.

I don't call my mom "mum" I call her mom. Usually British people call their moms mum!

They type it probably because they are not Americans and that is just how they say "mom" where they are from. They probably ask the same about us. But who cares, AMERICA kicks ***!
