Yes, height does matter. In the business industry, most CEO's and Presidents are above the average male and female height. How would you feel if you was taking orders from your boss that is almost a half of foot shorter than you. Since he/she is short, you would think that your boss doesn't have no authority over you.
It has been said many times that "Taller people get paid more than shorter people".

I think that I would have a hard time dating a girl that was taller than me. Of course, then again, I have seen girls before that were like a half foot taller than me and were ridiculously hot too. If that's the case and you're really hot then your boyfriend might be considered "the man". If your not ridiculously hot, i.e., if youre just pretty or cute, then it might be a little weird, but hey, if you like each other then isnt that all that matters?

If it doesnt matter to you and it doesnt matter to your partner, then it shouldnt matter at all. Why do people care if your BF is shorter than you? Honestly, it shouldnt matter. I say this from experience, my GF is taller than myself, but people see how happy we are together and know that we dont care whos taller, so its never an issue. Even when we go out and she wears shoes that make her even taller, people just see how happy we are and thats all that matters. Dont let it get to you.

ya i thing height does matter im 4' 10'' and im 13 and like every girl i've ever dated has been taller then me like around 5' 3'' every girl but one she was 2 inches shorter than me, good time, good times

I don't think it does. I have dated taller, shorter, same height. If you like him don't listen to them. No matter what, people will find something to criticize you about.

well i usually like girls to be alittle shorter then me but when ive dated girls it didnt really seem to matter how tall they were or how they looked. i liked them for who they were,.
