what is somethin i can cook fast and easy that would fill me up and isnt too fatening for me?

You aren't like, starving yourself or anything are you? Sorry but you say you haven't eaten all day and you don't want anything too fattening, have a bowl of cereal, they are made to 'break the fast' (I read it on a cherio packet) and they're pretty healthy.

Chop up some onions , celery, green peppers and mushrooms and sautee them in olive oil with a little soy sauce.
