Delta is pronounced like a th sound but a very soft th, like what you would hear in "the" or "that" or "this". Theta is a th sound that you would hear in "things"; it's harsher. Beta is a v sound. In Ancient Greek, Beta was a b sound, but in Modern Greek, the combination of Mu and Pi together is what makes the b sound. i can tell you if you write the characters in. use the symbol font on microsoft word and paste it in. they are not always equal to the ones you type. neway its canis in latin, chien in frech, and hund in german
