They are basically candy. Candy is fine in moderation.

Unless you are replacing daily meals with a bowl of them, I think you'll be fine. I hope they are not bad for your health, because I love them. I believe they have a lot of sugar, so just watch how many you eat. People have been putting them on top of sunday's and in drinks for quite a while now, and I haven't heard of anyone getting sick or dying from Marsachino Cherry overdose.

they are very processed. No very processed food is exactly good for you.
They contain red dyes, alcohol, extract of almonds, and stabilizers etc.
Unless you are particularly sensitive to any of the above, you should be fine consuming them in moderation
