I got it cleaned and filled about a month ago. It didn't hurt before but after I got it done, I caught TMJ and then it's better now but then over the weekend, it broke. I'm not in pain b/c it's more like chipped big time. Should I go back to the Dentist or should I wait until It hurts?

Go back to the dentist and get it fixed to avoid more problems with it later down the road.

RUN---don't walk---to your dentist immediately. You will be in some of the most excruciating pain of your life if you let it go and wait until it begins to hurt...knowing Murphy's Law, it will be on the weekend and you have to wait in agonizing pain until Monday. Trust me. Go now.
