I don't really know if Jesus married. It seems like he would have, given the type of person he was. I really don't understand why it would be such a controversial issue if he did marry. Wouldn't it only add more value to marriage? Would it cause a problem in the Catholic religion because it would mean priests could marry? What's the big deal?
The original Bible probably weighed at least 100 pounds and so much of it has been edited and misinterpreted over the last 2000 years to benefit the ideas and wants of those editing and interpreting it. Editing out Jesus' more human qualities has served most bigots and racists quite well. Putting them back in would serve society a lot better. But what a mess that would cause. The Bible used for good towards ALL peoples?? What a silly idea that is!!

the Bible is not clear about whether he did or did not; however, we assume Jesus was not married because it never stated exactly that he was.
Several research and study groups have taken the side that Jesus and Mary Magdalene were in fact married as she performed so many actions ritualistic of a wife in those times, especially after the death of Jesus.
But no, there is no exact evidence written in any book of the Bible which would point to Jesus' being married.

There's too little evidence to say one way or another. The overwhelming majority of Jews at the time were married, however there were a few groups which practised celibacy (Philo of Alexandria discusses one such group, the Therapeutae). Clearly if he did marry, the authors of the early gospels (Matt, Mark, Luke and John) did not see it as significant in relation to his mission on earth, and so did not write about it.

Jesus was here for a purpose and that purpose did not involve getting married. He never married.

nope, if he did it would be in the Bible because it would be a prominent event in his life and would be recorded as such. Also, Jesus is married, he says in his word that he is married to the church, we can only assume that that is figurative but it may not be because we don't know everything about God and how he works

There is no real evidence he did and the vast majority of historians would say he did not. But it really wouldn't matter to Christians if he did... There would be in fact no reason to make any big deal of it if he did. There is obviously nothing wrong with it and there would have been no reason to cover it up as asserted by the Da Vinci Code.

no, because jesus knows if he got married it would end in a divorce
The reason of the divorce would be that his wife thinks he is too nice lol
I always had a joke
Hitler had a wife and jesus didn't
why is that? lol

I don't know how anyone could answer yes or no. The only one who could definitively answer that question is Jesus and he's been dead now for quite a while.
