You are only a Junior Bridesmaid, so that fact that you are also the maid of honor is quite secondary. (and today, it seems like the tradition of someone's "duty" is no longer really relevant anyway)
You're only duty is what the Bride would like you to do. She may ask you to accompany her dress shopping, and you may offer your help in any way, but you ought not to be expected to do anything.
Depending on your age and your relationship to the bride and her relationship with your mom, and what other people are doing for her, you could with you mom plan a shower if no one else was giving her one. Or help plan girl's only day that would be age-appropriate for you (such as a spa day) in lieu of a bachelorette party (which is a far better choice even if you were of age- "bachelorette parties" are tacky). But that wouldn't be your duty.
Good Luck and enjoy.

If you are a JUNIOR bridesmaid as well as the Maid of Honor, I'm sure you're not expected to fulfill the normal duties that the Maid of Honor would, becuase you'd be too young. Like throwing the Bachelorette Party and Bridal Shower. So in your case you really just need to be there for the bride. Go dress shopping with her, give her your opinion when she asks you something. Most importantly, just be there for her. Its her special day, and I'm sure you're playing such a big role in it because you're very special to her. Just standing by her side I'm sure is enough. But the best way to find out is just to ask her.

Do an online search as they will give you all sorts of ideas as to what to do. Traditionally, the maid/matron of honor is to throw/host the bridal shower, throw/host the bachlorette party and be by the bride's side at the wedding (carrying the grooms ring, fixing her vail/dress, etc). Being a junior bridesmaid usually only involves buying the dress and being in the wedding. Ask the bride. She should be able to tell you what she expects of you. And get a list together of the other bridesmaids and put your heads together about the parties to be thrown. Good luck.

Go to one of those wedding sites like brides.com, or do a search online there are plenty of online resources that can tell you what you are expected to do. But also ask the bride or groom if there is anythign specifically they would liek you to do.
